My Childhood And My Father's Childhood
Childhood is always an important part in people's lives. The childhood of me and my father is pretty similar; however some things are quite different.
First, let us look at some of the things we have in common. Both my childhood and my father's childhood were in Tuy Hoa, a small city, where has a lot of beautiful beaches, in the middle of Vietnam. As a result, both my childhood and my father's childhood were related to games and activities on the beaches such as fishing, swimming and playing volleyball. Furthermore, In my childhood, i liked playing Vietnamese traditional games such as " Tha Dieu", " Nam Muoi " and my father also liked playing these games in his childhood. Finally, neither i nor my father knew much about things that relate to computers or the Internet.
On the other hand, there are some differences between my childhood and my father's childhood. First of all, my father was during war time but my childhood was not. I was born after Vietnam had been an independent country. Therefore, my father had less good conditions about education and nutrition than me. In my childhood, I often drank milk every day and ate whatever i wanted while my father and other Vietnamese people had to face up to starvation during war time. Moreover, I traveled many places when i was young. However, my father couldn't because of wars. In brief, my childhood was better than my father's childhood a lot.
In conclusion, although we have some things in common, there are also differences between my childhood and my father's childhood. However, childhood is forever seemed as the most wonderful part in my life and my father's life.
